Melissa J. Rupp, assistant professor for family and consumer sciences, joined the Fulton County Extension team in 2017.  Prior to working for Ohio State University Extension, Melissa developed federal grants for Northwest State Community College and served as the Family and Children First Director for Williams County.  She is returning to this position, where she began her career.  Melissa holds a master's degree in education from Defiance College and a bachelor's degree in family and consumer sciences from Goshen College. In 2023, she became an Accredited Financial Counselor® through the Association for Financial Counseling and Planning Education. Melissa resides in Archbold, Ohio.
