Pre-register with the Ohio Department of Agriculture (Seating is limited, so please register early.) Web site-http://www.agri.ohio.gov (then click Programs, then Pesticide and Fertilizer, Exam Registration under Online Services) Or Phone 1-800-282-1955.  Please arrive at 10 am.  The ending time is not alway 2 pm.  If ODA does not have anyone here at 1 pm, then they do leave, so please arrive at 10 am.
