    Melissa J. Rupp will be teaching a Youth Canning Class focused on learning how to make and can jam safely. This class will be on June 5 at Zion Mennonite Church in Archbold.     The OSU Extension Office in Fulton County will again be a host site for those interested in taking initial pesticide license tests or adding categories (commercial or private).   7. Level 2 ServSafe Food Safety Manager Training

    Apr. 15, 2025 8:00pm to Apr. 16, 2025 5:45pm

    The Food Safety Manager Certification program, (Level 2) uses the ServSafe® 7th Edition and provides food service managers, operators, and owners with accurate, up-to-date information on all aspects of handling food. The principles learned in this course can easily be applied and practiced by all food service workers. Upon successful completion of the course and exam, participants receive a ServSafe® Certification and an Ohio Food Protection Certification from the Ohio Department of Health (ODH).
