    The Ohio Beef Expo, the premier event of Ohio’s beef industry, will take place March 19-22 at the Ohio Expo Center in Columbus, Ohio. This annual event, coordinated by the Ohio Cattlemen’s Association (OCA), includes a kick-off social; breed sales, shows and displays; beef quality assurance sessions; a multi-day trade show and a highly competitive junior show.

    Join us for a two-part program focused on cattle feeding and beef quality.  March 19th will include cattle feeding, live animal evaluation and grid pricing discussion.  Carcass grading and fabrication are among the activities that will take place on April 2nd at Brookview Farm Meats.  Ribeye measuring grid and probe included in fee.  Cost:  $20 person or $30 per family.  RSVP to OSU Extension - Henry County 419-592-0806 by March 13, 2020.  For more information on how to register, click here
