Do the words “What’s for dinner?” cause a sense of dread? Do you stare into the pantry to find inspiration for the next family meal? Perhaps, during these summer months as you enjoy more time outside you may dread to think about coming back to the kitchen to prepare a meal. You may find yourself grabbing fast food because you don’t have meal ideas. Meal Planning for Active Families will offer tips and ideas to make meal planning easier. We will learn how to cook once and serve twice; also provide meal planning tools to reduce the stress of mealtime.
