Pesticide Recertification

Opportunity for Private Pesticide Applicator license holders to receive continuing education credits toward their pesticide license. Credits can be obtained any time within the 3 year cycle for license renewal.

Pesticide re-certification credits will be offered for all private applicator license holders and for all categories which include CORE, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. The three hour session will be necessary to complete re-certification unless previous credit is found on the form sent by ODA in the renewal noticed.

License holders who would like to add categories or those who need a license will not want to attend this session. The only way to receive a license or add categories to a current license is through taking the ODA administered test. Testing date are offered at the Fulton County Extension Office and can be found on the Ag/NR calendar.

The cost is $35 and pre-registration is required. On-line registration can be made at https://www.regonline.com/2012MAV3 with credit or debit card payment options. For those that would like to register in person or via mail use this form and drop off or mail in to OSU Extension, 8770 State Route 108, Wauseon, OH 43567 with a check payable to OSU Extension. Be sure to check off the program date you would like to attend.
